The Special Passport Issuance Agency serves those who need to obtain diplomatic, official and no-fee passports.
No-Fee regular tourist passports are issued for organizations such as the Peace Corps, U.S.O. and the Red Cross. No-Fee military dependent passports are issued to dependents of the military traveling abroad on official duties.

Note: To maximize customer comfort and comply with fire and safety regulations, Passport Agency public waiting areas are limited to applicants, required witnesses, and those accompanying minors, disabled applicants, or serving as interpreters.

Public parking is available at the garage on the right-hand side of the building located at1111 19th Street NW, at the parking garage across the street, and along 19th Street between K Street and M Street. Parking Rates subject to change without notice.
